This year’s premieres run Monday through Wednesday, September 21-23 at UltraStar Cinemas Mission Valley in Hazard Center. Teams will be assigned to screening groups; each group gets its own premiere, ticket, and live Audience Choice vote.
Group assignments, exact showtimes, and tickets will be posted here after competition weekend — then this page will list each screening as its own event.
The 48 Hour Film Project is the longest running and most popular timed filmmaking competition. Teams have just 48 hours to write, shoot, edit and score a short film. All films are screened in a real theater and compete for awards and recognition.
